Network Members

Justice Ministry Network Members commit to attend the four major F.A.I.T.H. events. They also commit to bring at least three people with them to the annual Action Assembly. Network Members are also invited to attend several Network Meetings at their own congregation throughout the year. Network Members may also participate on research committees, meet with elected officials and CEOs on behalf of the organization.

Team Leaders

Justice Ministry Team Leaders coordinate their own network of Network Members from their congregation. Team Leaders must build relationships with those in their networks, keep them informed about F.A.I.T.H. issue campaigns and ensure that that they fulfill their responsibilities.  In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Network Member, Team Leaders are asked to attend a few more meetings a year: Team Meetings with their congregation's team and clergy, Team Assemblies with other F.A.I.T.H. congregations, and periodic meetings with F.A.I.T.H. organizers. Team Leaders are also encouraged to get involved in issue campaigns by joining a research committee, meeting with public officials, etc.   

Clergy

To build powerful justice ministries within congregations, it is important that clergy take ownership of the organization. In addition to preaching Justice from the pulpit, clergy are encouraged to shepherd their congregations Justice Ministry in attending Team and Network meetings and staying engaged in the work of F.A.I.T.H. Clergy are also invited to attend monthly "Clergy Caucus" luncheons where F.A.I.T.H. clergy can come together to fellowship, study scripture, and discuss the work of F.A.I.T.H.
